Request Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. Below are the steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data from YogiSuite.

Warning: This action is permanent and instant

Deleting your account will instantly and permanently remove your profile. All your memberships, studio relations, attendance history, connected Google tokens, and personal data will be completely erased from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Via Web Portal

For Studio Owners, Trainers, and Web Members

  1. Navigate to yogisuite.com/login and sign in to your workspace.
  2. Click on your Profile Icon in the top menu or visit yogisuite.com/owner/profile.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the Danger Zone.
  4. Click the red "Delete Account" button and confirm the prompts.

Option 2: Via YogiSuite Mobile App

For iOS & Android Mobile Users

  1. Open and Sign In to the YogiSuite Mobile App.
  2. Tap on your Profile Avatar or open the sidebar menu.
  3. Select Edit Profile / My Profile Settings.
  4. Scroll down to find the Danger Zone section.
  5. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm deletion.

Disconnecting Google Calendar Access

For Trainers & Organizers with connected Google Accounts

When you delete your YogiSuite account, all Google access tokens and linked event IDs are permanently purged from our database immediately. Additionally, you can revoke access directly from your Google Account at any time by visiting Google Security Settings → Third-party apps with account access and removing YogiSuite.
